Read on to find out about our phased reopening plans:
Looking to support groups that want a safe outdoor space to run meetings, from 19th April you are able to book visits on weekends or evenings. This will be a window of upto 3 hours where you can run your own program using us as a base to work in. We will not have any of the site activities open at this time, this is to allow us time to monitor and manage our covid safe protocols before we begin to add more activities as we move through the Phases.
We will begin to open up a number of our onsite activities during phase 2. It may not be the case that we have them all available initially, but we will seek to add to our activities as and when we feel we can do so safely for both our guests and our team of volunteer instructors and staff. We would love to have people back down the zip line and shooting arrows as soon as we feel we can do and we hope you understand that any delay is around ensuring we can do this as safely as possible.
Residential activity is once again allowed.
Underlying principals of being Covid Safe
Hands – Space – Face: the slogan we are all by now used to, but it is the space element of this which causes us the most challenge and ensuring that we make it easy for groups to maintain that space. This is why we are phasing our reopening and as we start to take bookings we will be monitoring carefully the numbers we have onsite so that maintaining distance between groups is as easy as possible. As we gain confidence that our procedures and processes are robust enough we can begin to increase the numbers we have have and the activities that put people into closer contact can start to become operational too.
Whilst you have been away we have been busy keeping the site looking well and getting it ready for your return
